We have successfully analyzed, done due diligence and legal review of mining right as well as restructuring, including access to surface rights.
We advise our customers in the development and production of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), Mining Exploration Permits, Mining Operations Certificate (COM), operating licenses for mills, so on. Likewise, we provide preventive advice on compliance with mining regulations
Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
We represent our clients in the defense of civil disputes, commercial, corporate and constitutional before the judiciary. Exercise also sponsored in national and international arbitration proceedings.
The attorneys of this area have extensive experience in alternative means to resolve disputes, to conduct negotiations and settlements, as they are specialized and Facilitators accredited by the Ministry of Justice.

Canon Law
Our firm is authorized to sponsor cases before the Inter-Diocesan Ecclesiastical Court of Lima, with a lawyer who is part of the cast of lawyers and solicitors of the Court.
This designation allows us to protect the rights of spouses who wish to submit their requests for marriage annulment before the Ecclesiastical Court and counsel previously on feasibility of using this route as the norms of Canon Law.
