Entry into force "Convention on the
Cybercrime "(hereinafter, the Convention), adopted
on November 23, 2001 in the city of Budapest,
Hungary; approved by Legislative Resolution No.
30913, of February 12, 2019; and, ratified through
of Supreme Decree No. 010-2019-RE, of March 9,
2019. It will take effect on December 1, 2019.
