MINING TERM FEES PAYMENT EXTENDED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30 2020

LEGISLATIVE DECREE ESTABLISHING THE EXTENSION OF DEADLINES TO INSURE THE COMPLIANCE OF CERTAIN MINLEING OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOLDERS MINERS, TO WHICH THE LAW REFERS GENERAL OF MINING WHOSE UNIQUE TEXT ORDERED WAS APPROVED BY DECREE

SUPREME No. 014-92-EM


Article 1.- Purpose

The purpose of this Legislative Decree is establish measures that allow mining holders comply with the accreditation of the production obligation minimum, as well as making the timely payment of the right validity and penalty provided in the General Law of

Mining whose Single Ordered Text was approved by Supreme Decree No. 014-92-EM.

Article 2.- Extension of the term for the accreditation of minimum production

Extend until September 30, 2020, the deadline for presentation of production accreditation minimum corresponding to the year 2019, to which the Article 38 of the General Mining Law whose Sole Text Ordained was approved by Supreme Decree No. 014-92-EM.

Article 3.- Extension of the term for the payment of right of validity and penalty

Extend until September 30, 2020, the deadline for the payment of the obligations contained in the Articles 39 and 40 of the General Mining Law whose Text Sole Ordained was approved by Supreme Decree No. 014-92-EM, corresponding to the year 2020.

Article 4.- Endorsement

This Legislative Decree is endorsed by the President of the Council of Ministers and the Minister of Energy and Mines.

FINAL SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISION

Only. Complementary standard The Executive Power, within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days, by endorsed supreme decree by the Minister of Energy and Mines, issues the standard complementary for the fulfillment of the present Legislative Decree.
